Birthday Wine #3: 100% Cab Franc. Really have come to appreciate Chateau Tour Grise (Gourdons) and all their delicious Chenin Noir and Cab Franc…even the sweeter “Zero” sparkling. This 253 was especially great because I hadn’t had more than a splash first time I tried it, so having a full glass was incredible. Something this good while being labeled “Surclassee”- I’m glad the Gourdons share my kind of feelings towards bureaucracy and global marketing.
