Jura kills it again with a delicious Poulsard from Domaine de Montborgeau. This was shared with our friends at Valdibella over dinner at Hungry Mother, a local restaurant serving french-inspired southern food. It turns out that Poulsard goes incredibly well with a variety of dishes and holds up well to spice, especially when the bottle is slightly chilled.
