Chionetti is known for producing concentrated Dolcettos with more substance. No filters are used in fermentation nor harmful yeasts; the wine naturally stabilizes thru cooling. Since 1912, they’ve only been making 2 types: San Luigi and Briccolero. This was a lovely, strong example of the varietal.
